Security

In order to maintain secure communications, your banking information never travels the Internet without encryption protection. Your Version 4 or higher Web browser supports at least 40-bit encryption. We highly recommend the use of a browser capable of 128-bit encryption when filling out our online forms. For more information on browser security features, see our Browser Security page.

Online Forms & Emails
All online forms are submitted using 128-bit Encryption Digital Certificates*.

To protect your personal information, do not send sensitive information to us via email.

Online Banking

  • All transactions are protected with 128-bit Encryption Digital Certificates
  • Log-in sessions have a time-out limit
  • PIN guessing is detected and reported
  • User IDs and PINs are sent only through the mail

You should protect the security of your Online Banking ID and PIN, Bill Payment ID and PIN or other means of identification. These IDs and PINs can be used to access information about your Accounts and to transfer money from your Deposit Accounts, and to pay others through Bill Pay. You should treat your Access Codes with the same degree of care and confidentiality that you use to protect other sensitive personal financial data including other PINs, IDs and Passwords.
