Jena is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, the ABA National Trust School, the ABA National Graduate Trust School, and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). Her career with North Shore started in 1990 and she has been with the Trust Division since 1996. Jena is a board member of the Arrowhead Estate Planning Council and devotes time to other professional and local non-profit organizations. Jena says that bringing a sense of peace of mind to her clients is a very satisfying element of her job.
