Jill Winkler

With close to 35 years of residential lending experience, Jill can easily be considered one of the areas leading residential lending experts.   Jill has served on numerous organizational committees and boards including the Duluth Housing Trust Fund, Housing Access Center, and was the first female board president for the Arrowhead Builder’s Association.   Over the years Jill has enjoyed great satisfaction from her Involvement with various affordable housing programs such as the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, the Spirit Valley Citizens Development Association, the Urban Indian Housing Program, the Neighborhood Housing Services, and the Northern Communities Land Trust.  Jill is most proud of her role in helping hundreds of first time home buyers achieve the dream of homeownership.
